MATTEO MARANGIO
"Chamber music, for orchestras and choirs from Sapri (1st absolute prize). He has participated in various music festivals, both as a soloist and in chamber and orchestral formations, such as the Gubbio Summer Festival (2009, 2011, 2012), the 2013 concert season at the Diana Theatre in Naples dedicated to young talents, the 2013 music event at the Real Bosco di Capodimonte, the Maggio dei Monumenti initiative at the Convent Complex of S. Maria ai Monti in Naples (2014 and 2015), and the piano festival Le Muse (2016). He has performed at the Baronial Palace de Conciliis in Torchiara (2018) and at the Basilica of S. Paolo Maggiore in Naples (2019 and 2021)."He attended masterclasses in piano perfection with Christiane Karajeva, Natalya Pasichnyk, Antoniette Von Zabner Zinn-Zinnenburg, Epifanio Comis, and Peter Eicher. As both a pianist and composer, he participated in the event "It's Open to Everyone" at the Gallerie d’Italia (Naples, edition 2024/2025), where his music was performed ("Controluce," for piano and tenor and "Because," for solo oboe). He also participated, again as a performer/composer, in the conference held at the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory in Naples, for the 150th anniversary of Schoenberg's birth (2025), which featured the performance of his piece "A.S.," for solo clarinet. Within the project "Canzoniere Italiano" of the Alessandro Scarlatti Association in Naples (2025), his "Trio, Apres New Trolls," an arrangement for dance trio of the song "Una Miniera" by New Trolls, was performed. He is currently completing his composition studies at the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Music in Naples and continues to refine his piano skills.
